A rich syrup made with a blend of spices, sugar, and chilli which can be used to make mulled wine, mulled cider and mulled apple juice. Customers have also used it added to fruit crumbles and pies and to make chai.
For mulled wine we have found that approximately one third of a bottle of syrup to one bottle of red wine is the perfect ratio for us but obviously add more or less for your own tastes.
Just add to wine and heat!
